Ayesha Ahmad is a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Clinical Psychologist, currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. With over 8 years of diverse clinical experience, she has worked with individuals across all age groups—children, adolescents, adults, and families—empowering them to navigate emotional and psychological challenges and achieve long-term mental well-being. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and a strong ethical foundation. She specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), both proven effective for managing depression, anxiety, personality issues, self-harm, and stress-related disorders. These frameworks help clients break free from limiting thought patterns and build healthier emotional responses and coping strategies.

Additionally, she offers Islamic Integrated Therapy, which combines contemporary psychological models with Islamic values and spirituality.
