Sana Latif

Sana Latif is a PhD fellow (ongoing) and holds a Master’s degree (MS) in Clinical Psychology. She is a committed mental health professional specializing in adult psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and personality disorders, as well as child and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Sana adopts an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. By integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, she ensures that treatment is flexible, practical, and client-centered. Her therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and skill development, empowering clients to understand their difficulties, manage symptoms effectively, and build healthier patterns of thought and behavior.
In addition to her work with adults, Sana is passionate about supporting children with neurodevelopmental disorders and their families. She provides structured interventions for children while also educating and coaching parents, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses both the child’s needs and the family’s well-being. This comprehensive method allows her to create lasting positive change in the lives of her clients.

She offer therapy in Urdu, English, and Punjabi, allowing her to deliver therapy in the language that best supports her clients’ comfort and connection in the therapeutic process.
