Maheen Siddiqui is a passionate and dedicated Special Educator and Behavior Therapist, currently working as a Remedial Therapist at Autism Center. She is also undergoing certification as an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) under supervision. She holds a BS Degree in Special Education from the University of Karachi, which has laid a strong academic foundation for her work with individuals who have diverse learning and developmental needs.
With hands-on experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), hearing and visual impairments, cerebral palsy, and slow learners, she specialize in creating and implementing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). She utilizes evidence-based strategies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), sensory integration techniques, functional behavior assessments, and assistive technology, to help children achieve measurable progress in both academic and behavioral areas.
She has previously worked with reputable institutions such as Dewa Academy, IHRI, and The Delsol School, where she gained extensive experience as a remedial therapist. She also holds multiple certifications in early childhood education, assistive and information technology, ABA-based interventions, and adult empowerment in children’s behavioral issues.
